Africa Atona respects intellectual-property rights and preserves the licenses and attribution of external data and software.

1. Africa Atona content

© 2026 Africa Atona. Rights in protectable original interface content, text and branding are reserved by their respective rights holders. Third-party content and user submissions remain owned by their respective owners. This notice does not claim exclusive rights over public-domain material, facts, unprotectable elements or third-party assets.

Permission to use the service does not grant permission to reproduce protected branding or redistribute content beyond an applicable license, permission or legal exception. Contact us for permission or licensing questions.

2. Maps and geographic data

© OpenStreetMap contributors. OpenStreetMap data is available under the Open Data Commons Open Database License (ODbL). Map-data and tile-service licenses and usage policies remain applicable. Keep map attribution visible when using or sharing maps.

Configured routing and geocoding providers may use additional data and licenses. Their attribution requirements remain applicable to their output.

3. Software, fonts and user content

The map interface uses Leaflet, distributed under its BSD 2-Clause license. The application references DM Sans and Manrope fonts through Google Fonts; their applicable font licenses remain in effect. Other dependencies retain their original licenses and notices.

Users retain rights in their submissions subject to the service permissions described in the Terms and Conditions. Nothing on this page replaces a third-party license or removes rights granted under one.

4. Brand independence

Africa Atona is an independent navigation project. References to Waze, Google, Android, Apple or other products identify those products only. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners. No affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement is claimed.

5. Reporting an intellectual-property concern

Send concerns to dobcalldemo@gmail.com with your contact details, a description of the work or right involved, the exact URL or content identifier, why you believe the use is unauthorized, and information establishing your authority to act. Include supporting evidence and a good-faith statement that your report is accurate.

We will review reports and may restrict or remove disputed content while evaluating them. If your content was removed in error, contact the same address with your explanation and evidence of permission. This contact is an intellectual-property inquiry address; no statutory designated-agent registration is asserted.
